Graphics & Monsoon Season In Phoenix

    Monsoon season has arrived! With this muggy, humid weather we have been baring we thought we'd share some helpful advice and information about your signs, graphics and magnets.

Of course when the high winds kick up we do advise that your sidewalk signage such as A-frames and Flags are brought indoors. This will avoid damage to your signs and also avoid risk of traffic accidents if you are located near a high traffic road.

     Now when it comes to graphics such as wraps and vinyl lettering the high humidity will not negatively affect your decals. However, Storing your vehicle in a garage or carport will be beneficial to keep clear of flying debris or hail.

    Lastly, vehicle magnets would be the most concern in monsoon weather. High winds may cause them to blow off, dust will take away the magnetic strength and the humidity/heat can warp the magnet. To be sure this does not happen remove your magnets and store them flat in a cool, dry place. Clean the surface that you adhere your magnets to and clean your magnets front, back and edges using a nonabrasive cleaner.

With this advice your signs, graphics and magnets should survive the weather for this time of year.

Lake Pleasant Cruise-In and Fireworks

Fast-Trac Designs would like to thank everyone who came out to Lake Pleasant for the Fireworks and Cruise-in event. Fast-Trac Designs hosted the All Makes and Models Cruise-in Car show with over 60 vehicles on display it turned out to be a huge success. There was some frustration however during the event when the dust storm rolled in but the show still went on after the storm settled. The fireworks were unable to go off on time as well due to the storm; luckily the works were only delayed a short time. Overall we believe everyone enjoyed themselves this year and lastly we would like to give a special THANK YOU to all of the vendors that provided their services, Lake Pleasant Harbor and Marina, the Cruise-in participants and once again to all who attended making this year one of the best. 

Fast-Trac Designs Is Published

Fast-Trac Designs is proud to announce that we have been published in the July issue of the popular sign magazine Sign Builders Illustrated. The issue covers a project that we completed in April of this year for a color change wrap on a Mercedes. Jeff Wooten of Sign Builders Illustrated wrote up the article and did a great job at emphasizing the detail it takes to complete a color change wrap. We are very excited and thankful to  the magazine for giving us this opportunity for the second time (Fast-Trac Designs is also in the December 2012 issue.) Gourmet Wraps

Here is a partial wrap we produced for Residential Gourmet, a gourmet food delivery service. We created a custom design that would stay in our clients budget as well as help him target his own customers. The wrap is considered partial because we did not wrap the entire van. The main wrapped portion of the vehicle is in the back where photos of gourmet plates are highlighted along with contact information. We look forward to wrapping the rest of this customers fleet with many more gourmet wraps.

When we say custom wraps we mean it. This is one for the books and is certain to get the looks with its unique design and fine detail. Fast-Trac Designs designed, printed and installed the wrap with our senior designer, top of the line printer, 3M material and pro installers. This wrap has a rough and tough look in the front with a faded black design and flames which perfectly transition to the mustang horse then fading to a soft frill design and then into solid orange. Features Of A Wrap

AEA Plumbing recently came to Fast-Trac Designs to have their Ram 2500 wrapped with a straight forward yet attractive design. The main features would be the subtle background image of a shower head with water. This image is perfect because it is not over powering the design and it relates with what the wrap is selling. Another attraction to this van wrap is the vivid neon green that is dispersed throughout the wrap and not overbearing to look at. Finally most companies add a tag line or catchy slogan to any of their advertising and this wrap features two! We found this unique and also another way to show off more of your companies traits. Overall we are fond of this wrap and the customer was highly satisfied and that gives it a ten.

Lake Pleasant's Independence Day Celebration

The time is here for all of the Summer events to begin and it all kicks off with the annual 4th Of July Celebration at Lake Pleasant. Fast-Trac Designs will be a part of the event again aiding in hosting the all makes and models vehicle cruise-in. Some other main attractions will be the FREE activities for kids, Water slides to keep cool, food vendors, bounce houses and LIVE music! We are very excited, and looking forward to having a great time this year at Lake Pleasant's 4th of July Celebration.

Show It Off

An extremely popular hobby here in the desert is any type of 4-wheeling and now with the art of wrapping vehicles (or anything really) has expanded we have applied graphics to several of these Polaris RZR all terrain vehicles, why not show off your style while your out rompin' in the desert? This specific design was a bright custom camouflage, more geared towards standing out, not blending in. The wrap was designed, printed and installed here at Fast-Trac Designs with 3M Control Tac vinyl wrap material.

Real flame graphics are known to be very popular however sometimes difficult to design so that they look real. Fast-Trac Designs has this mastered, our flame graphics are at the top of the line and frequently requested. This week we wrapped a set of Harley saddle bags in custom real flame graphics for a customer that is a retired firefighter. The installation was a tedious process however the finished product was worth the time, you gotta admit, they look pretty sweet. 

Another project of the week was a van wrap for Floor Source. This was vehicle number 4 that we have customized for Floor Source and wont be the last. The main feature of this straight-to-the-point design is their large logo that can't be missed, they are certain to attract a lot more customers.

Gaining Spectators With Camo

If you can see it, camouflage is very interesting to look at. This truck features a wrap that consists of piles of antlers and fades to black or white. Custom camouflage is popular with those that have wilderness hobbies and even if you don't, anyone can enjoy these vehicle wraps because how often do you see a camo colored car?
